Cancellation
I totally understand that life happens! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to 40% fee of appointment total and no-shows, will be charged a 50% fee of the service total to rebook. There is a 15 minute late/no show grace period. After 15 minutes without communication appointment will be marked as a no show.
If something important comes up, just reach out — I handle those situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and other clients’ spots!
